Is Seville suitable for (safe) cycling??

Yes, the city of Seville has almost 300 kilometers of cycle paths in the color green (Las Vías Verdes). Twenty years ago this was started to get the Sevillians out of the car. The city center is not suitable for cars. To stimulate success, new vías verdes are still being constructed and well maintained.

I would like an E-bike or adapted bicycle?

Of course is that possible! Our rental bikes shown are the most common models. You may have special wishes, for example an e-bike or an extra large bicycle because of your length. In this case, please contact us so that we can deliver a tailor-made bicycle.

What if I break down with my rental bike?

Pia Bikes Sevilla has a unique and free breakdown service. When you pick up your rental bike, you will receive a number that you can call in case of a breakdown. Our team will ensure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible or you will receive a replacement rental bike. Wherever you are in Seville. This way you can continue quickly!

Where can I pick up the rental bike?

Our store is located near the Plaza Puerta de Jerez (also metro station). Centrally located in the old center (Casco Antiguo). As mentioned, there is a metro station if you are staying a bit outside of Seville or you take the bus to Torró de Oro. Your confirmation e-mail contains all the details where and how you can pick up your bike.

I want to cancel my rental bike?

Cancellation is always possible and is free of charge. It is your holiday, city trip or visit to Seville and then plans can change. We understand that. You can cancel by sending the confirmation e-mail that you want to cancel or by calling. Do not forget to mention your customer number.

Do I have to pay immediately when I book?

No, you only pay when you collect pickup your bike. We think this is the safest and fairest way for both you and us. So book your rental bike now without further conditions. After your reservation you will receive a voucher by e-mail which entitles you to a rental bike. Nice and easy, right?

I don't want to make a reservation but want to go to the store?

Rental of our bicycles is only possible per reservation so that we know exactly how many bicycles and staff are needed. It couldn't be easier for you. If you have made a reservation, you know exactly when your bike will be ready and if your plans change, you can always cancel for free. Do you want to visit our store for whatever reason?
